Drug dealers make bad neighbors, kids bring 38 to school


Last night 3 people shot at least one killed after a neighbor unwittingly drives off with drugs stored in their wheel well.

Meanwhile, 10 and 11 year old arrested after bringing gun to school.

Early voting starts today, and I realized that I'm still pretty uninformed about some of the more obscure races on the ballot. Frank Conaway clearly doesn't deserve my vote for Circuit Court Clerk, but are either of his opponents even slightly credible? What about the Orphans' Court judges? Is there any good source of information about their records/qualifications?

they did all that bc the neighbors drove off with the crack on their tire?? wouldnt the bag fall on the ground once the car started moving??? is it possible the neighbors found and stole the crack?? although i dont see them checkin their tires for drugs before gettin in the car...weird
