The Court of Appeals has rejected halting executions on protocol or racial-and-geographic-disparity grounds-- but halted them because the procedures were never approved. The legislature or the gov. will have to approve them now. WW the new gov do?

getting back to our brief discussion from a few days ago of our news outlets constantly screwing up geographically, this article says that the dawson home is in west baltimore when it is actually in east baltimore. inexcusable!

At least wjz even covered it - none of the other news channels did a thing on this.

On that note I'm going to keep quiet - that coverage had me really ticked off.

Hey, are the ads starting to bug you guys?
I can't figure out what's worse, hoodia ads or 15-letter verification words.

Anyway. Simon, I have a hard time giving anyone crap (heh) about fixing the sewers. We had a 100+ year-old system and every time in rained Hampden smelled like a poo. Something had to be done, and good for the city for finally doing it...
