A Reisterstown teenager, Kaseem Malik Ray, was charged as an adult with attempted murder, assault, burglary and reckless endangerment after being ID'd as the shooter in a County dispute.
Pathologist Todd Sheridan, charged with voluntary manslaughter, pled not guilty at arraignment today. The court scheduled a trial date of March 2 before Judge Albert J. Matricciani, Jr.
Frederick police are looking for David Allen Chambers, wanted for second degree murder, first degree assault, handgun violations and reckless endangerment.

Regarding the State board on crime labs, do you know that BCPD crime labe only has about 20 techs on staff? If you figure three actual shifts per day on a five shift rotation, that's like four techs available on any one shift in a city with 44,500 reported, verified part I crimes a year, which is to say over 5 per hour. That's not gonna work, izzit?
Pardon my being controversial, but isn't 'killing gays' just a bit felonious ? Not to mention a hate crime ?
Just because you say you support other people being allowed to burn people at the stake doesn't mean that you'd light the match yourself, right?
i was going to apply to the crime lab a few months back but when i looked at the website again after mulling it over for a couple of days, the listing was gone. :(
FYI:
the District of Columbia has a rather smaller population than Baltimore, yet its police department has 4,400 officers. By contrast we have only about 3,000 officers and about 33% more part I crimes each year.
They have a new police chief.
