Gross! Rookie AAC officer Joseph F. Mosmiller is accused of groping a woman's breast during a traffic stop ... and taking a cellphone picture of his hand on said boob.

I guess that AAC rookie took that whole "Officer Friendly" thing a bit too far. I almost puked when I read this from the Baltimore Sun's story:
His lawyer, Michael J. Belsky, argued Tuesday at his bail review hearing that Mosmiller deserved leniency because he was engaged to be married, had a 10-month-old daughter at home and had received a commendation for thwarting a Dec. 19 robbery. The charges facing Mosmiller, Belsky told the judge, unfairly besmirch an "exemplary life."...
He was described as a high school honor student and former altar boy.

Altar boy??!!!

Haroshi hoping it's ok to quote stuff from the Sun on here.
