I have to say, I was pretty pissed off at O'M for a bit for the whole thing, but now I honestly feel the GA is more to blame for the mess we're all about to go through. Case in point: "To take just one example, the family with a $75,000 income that O'Malley said would pay $167 less in income taxes would, under the current version of the bill, pay $166 more."

sean, i already saw that article. it's what prompted me to ask the question in the first place, because i'd like some more information so i can decide whether or not i should be outraged at the general assembly or not.
