a little less death

Overdose deaths in the city have allegedly gone down by 24 percent, and methadone overdoses are down by half!
?: 67% of overdose victims were male.
Why would that be?

Judge Rasin's decision in that case borders on criminal!! She basically substituted her judgment for the jury's. She decided all on her own that the defense attorney could not do a good enough job on cross examination so the guy should go free. She should be removed from the bench!
