Said the victim, "I thought they were going to kill me."

You don't have to look far to find out what was going on in the southeast SET and flex squads a few years back. Think gang rape, planted drugs, assault, etc.
The whole thing blew up in late 2006 and the units were disbanded, but the cops were never charged and you know they had to go somewhere. I think it's called stop squad or just drug squad now.
and you thought that criminals were bad.
