Says our Facebook friend the BPD: "PADLOCK NOTICE: Club 410 (4500 blk BelAir Rd) deemed a public nuisance. Police Commissioner issues padlock order effective 5pm tomorrow"
or as WBAL puts it, "City To Padlock Trouble Club"

also apparently posted at 4 a.m.: "SHOOTING: Police investigating @ 23 Penn St. Adult male shot, walked into hospital."
