The Garrison Blvd shooting victim (143? 144?) was the son of death row inmate Vernon Evans Jr., whose case started the death penalty moratorium movement in Maryland.

I am so happy to hear that that murdering scumbag's son (who followed his father into a life of thuggishness and hoodlumery) is dead. I hope that Evans is being mocked and taunted by the guards on death row.
