Unidentified man, shot around 9:30 p.m. last night in the 1900 block of Aisquith Street.
"Baltimore police are investigating the rape of a woman inside her home in Reservoir Hill, and are trying to determine whether it's related to a series of other attacks in recent months."
What the? ACORN "pimp" arrested in phone-tapping scheme
and is the Obama administration really more transparent?

Eastern.
What are those pictures of doors on that block's vacants? They look pretty elaborate, with "stained glass" house numbers and everything.
Chipboard, which the city uses to board up vacant properties, is not very pleasing to the eye. The trompe d'oeil coverings over the chipboard protect the chipboard from the taggers, and give an impression (at a distance) that the homes aren't vacant which pleases the neighbors who still occupy homes in the area.
I guess I meant, is that an official "thing", and how widespread is it? I don't see that on the vacants near me.
