Note to local hoodlums: if you're going to be a leader in a criminal organization it helps not to draw attention to yourself by producing a DVD which advocates murdering witnesses. Remember what Prop Joe said in The Wire about the guy who dealt heroin for years & became the biggest dealer in Baltimore because he was smart & kept a low profile?

Years ago in South Baltimore there was a coke dealer who drove a very flashy new Corvette with the tag" CANDYMAN. The last time I saw him he was bent over the trunk of police car getting searched.
