Not really, there is still the matter of that $80K/yr pension and the legal bills.

Resolved. She gets to keep the pension and will not get public money for the bills.

Now, back to our conversation on the handling of parolees in Baltimore...

here are the standard terms, per the DOC P&P, parolees must:

1 report regularly

2 work regularly

3 notify the dept. of changes in address or job. Not leave the state.

4 obey all laws

5 notify the dept. if arrested

6 not use, sell, or possess drugs or guns

7 not present a danger to self or others

8 pay a supervisory fee

9 take drug tests, if required

I do not see avoiding other convicts, although it would be includeable under any appendix of special terms of probation.

I say in 2 years Sheila will try to get her council seat back, just like Marion Barry. We haven't seen the last of her. She's addicted to local politic much like the guy under the bridge likes his crack.

She's addicted to the money that the rest of Maryland pumps into the Black Hole known as Baltimore City.
