The
Mayor's address speaks to the cost of seventeen hundred officers (the value of the deficit) and vows to not tolerate criminals with illegal guns. She doesn't address the fact that we have only about 2800 officers at present, which is way low. And she's quite silent about how much tolerance she intends for criminals without illegal guns.
