We need to name names in this sperm issue. I want to know who this "couple" is and what their relationship is to Joan Conway. I'm starting to think Joan Conway is not necessarily in the business to serve her constituents but moreso to serve a very small group of her dear friends and family.

If you want the doctor's help for a sperm to meet an egg I suggest paying for it yourself. It's rather arrogant to expect an insurance company's financial help just so you can have some progeny.
