Come on Scott Shellenberger, do the right thing and seek the death penalty in this case. It's about time that Baltimore County stepped up to the plate.

LOL. The suspect description: "black male, 6 foot, 25 years old, with a hoodie" AHAHAHAHA. Yeaaaaah, that *reaaally* narrows it down. Might as well have said, "individual with gun."
