el Grande said...: just found out I am moving to Baltimore in the next couple of months. not sure how but I stumbled upon this site. WOW! It's so sad. I am moving there and don't really have a choice. Any advice?

Dopple said...: It all depends on the neighborhood. BUT Criminals have free run of the city, so never assume you're safe anywhere, especially at night.
