Lots of questions after three-time drunk driver Carl O. Snowden, current director of the civil rights office in the state attorney general's office, gets yet another peanut butter & jelly. Snowden also made headlines when his son Kojo Lummuba Malik was arrested for gun and drug charges.

You can search for Kojo on Facebook and see that his page would make any father proud...especially the video of him rapping about selling weed and snitches with the projects in the background. Ah yes, the streets of Annapolis. What a great kid with a great future!
