Assuming the incident happened as described it is a little crappy that those guys are getting away with a misdemeanor charge. Why is it though that the NAACP makes a bigger deal out of a case that ended with a kid getting a broken wrist than about the Lakesha Haynie plea bargain? Just goes to show that these so-called "activists" are nothing but race-baiters.
The woman who stole baby Carlina White from the hospital then raised her as her own could get 20 years. Lakesha Haynie killed her own child and did less than a year. It just doesn't seem right.

Take a look at the homicide pie chart, contrast and compare between 2011 and 2010. Southern had a total of 17 homicides last year already has 4 for 2011. Eastern maxed out at 39 last year, only has 1 so far this year. I noticed a bevy of creepy-looking plain clothes cops getting ready for a raid in the Ollies parking lot in Brooklyn yesterday at around 2PM.
The sheer amount of homocidal incidents is shocking. It isn't a good sign that Southern already has 4 this year in relation to what it had as a total figure last year.
