Defrocked priest Laurence Brett, who taught at Calvert Hall & reportedly molested dozens of students, was found dead in Martinique. Said a victim, "He taught us a bunch of stuff that was way outside the box of Catholicism that I grew up with."

I'd be careful before jumping for joy regarding the shooting of the burglary suspect. Not because I am anti-gun but because the facts might not all be collected yet.
From the news segments we currently have the statement from the home-dweller and that's about it. The alleged burglar is dead as a doornail. Was this a stranger breaking into a home to steal the silver candlesticks in the parlor? Or was this an unwelcome former/current intimate partner? Was this a drug deal gone horribly awry? Was this two people having a heated debate with unpleasant results?
It might have been a burglary but I would like more information.

yes cham it does sound like the plot is much thicker, and that the guy actually shot himself.
