‘Whether he’s Mother Teresa or a sex offender, he earned the money’!

So says the lawyer for Dennis Mclaughlin, the sex offender and ex-city employee who was paid sick leave courtesy of city taxpayers while serving out a sentence for sexually assaulting a 13 year-old girl in a seedy motel room.
