If one is 24 years old, can we really call him a "career criminal"? Considering the man has already done some time in his young life and now will be doing 15 more years, what are the chances that upon release he'll commit another violent crime because the outside seems like an uncomfortable foreign land?

It seems as every murderer and these 2 alleged kidnappers have been recently released from prison.
