Note: a shooting took place the night before last on Gorsuch Ave in Better Waverly a block from the Giant supermarket parking lot.

This is the same area in which the arrestee from the latest shooting at Yau Bros. lived.

Someone ought to realize that there's a problem with the composition of the population in that neighborhood. Lots of parolees/probationers. A neighborhood can't make any progress unless those folks are given the bum's rush.

Question: a term of parole is that the parolee not associate with ex-cons. So,.. with massive concentrations in neighborhoods such as Better Waverly, why are they not violated for being around there?

It seems to me that Baltimore's Parole & Probation office ought to redline many neighborhoods, hand the map to parolees upon release and warn them not to be found there. A good way to get them out of city limits, no ?
