It is what it isn't
Police are now reviewing all recent rape cases that were ruled unfounded, thanks to Justin Fenton's article on the BPD's penchant for finding woman who reports rapes unreliable.
Meanwhile, 3 officers who were suspended for trying to talk a rape victim out of reporting it are suspended again.
The city is doing its collective best to make sure no one gets punished to severely for allowing a sex offender to collect sick pay while in prison.

Death row moves
Maryland's death row inmates have been moved from the Maryland Correctional Adjustment Center (which used to be informally known as "Supermax") to the North Branch Correctional Institution near Cumberland. Executions (if we ever have one again) will still take place at the Metropolitan Transition Center.
