Frank McCreary of Crofton and Carmelo Vizzi of Perry Hall got one and two years for bribery. McCreary was a Realty Specialist with the Department of Veterans Affairs in Baltimore who steered property repair contracts to Vizzi in exchange for kickbacks of $250 to $600 per contract.
