August 17

At a hearing today, Bradford Mulcahy, 25, of Towson, pled guilty to automobile manslaughter before Judge Lynn Stewart. Under terms of the plea agreement announced in open court, Mulcahy will receive four-years in prison when formally sentenced October 12. On February 15, 2005 Baltimore City Police observed Bradford Mulcahy engaged in a possible narcotics violation and attempted to pull his vehicle over to investigate. Mulcahy failed to stop and proceeded the wrong way in the 1500 block of West Baltimore Street where he struck and killed a pedestrian, Stephen Cage, 46. Mulcahy crashed into a building in the 1200 block of West Baltimore Street and was apprehended after a brief foot chase.

A peek behind the petticoats of Baltimore's liquor license trade.

Suprise to no one Dept.: in Cumberland a guy the neighborhood kids called Mr. Tickles has been arrested for trying to abduct and eight-year-old.
