Seems me as though Baltimore is the third largest standing army in North America, between Mexico with 193,000 and Canada, with 59,000.

Hey, have we got a seat on the Security Council at the U.N. ??

These numbers for a week of crime here equal the YEARLY total for a lot of areas in the country, yet Dixon's bullshit "plan" barely mentions law enforcement!

Doesn't Dixon know what everyone else does, that these "benefits districts" are useless? Anyway, aren't what these benefits districts supposed to do already just the basic responsibility of the city, to be done with the tax dollars we ALREADY pay? So, according to Baltimore logic, we pay taxes to make the city safe, and clean, yet it's neither, so we create "benefits districts" to make the city safe and clean, and we pay for these "benefits" with more taxes, and guess what--they don't do anything either! My god, the Charles Village district can't even fix their e-mail safety alert notices after being down over a month!

I think its that POLITICAL "Jedi Mind Trick" thats in use here; some dumb ass advisor has probably cautioned her administration(city hall,BPD etc.)not to talk about these 187's,"don't get caught up with these "silly" murders by talking strategies, reductions, and other means of fighting a FIRE that cant be extinguished by a FORCE thats CORRUPT and inoperable. She's been told that the "CITY THAT READS" really cant read( or comprehend) beyond a 8th grade level.BTW,is it still a '38% illiteracy rate here?? in any event, this hands off "HOLISTIC" approach only UPSETS the few of us here at this BLOG and those folks who marched along dolphin sreet near McCulloh Homes.Thats a total of 75 people!! the other 640k occupants
will agree that TRASH along the side of the road by Druid Hill park is the top priority and she'll probably
take the seat off the strength of NOT making any promises.WATCH!!!
