Michael Phillip Hein Sr., 62, was sentenced to five years in jail for kissing and touching a 6-year-old. Ew, ew, ew. And WTF?! The girl's babysitter saw the Old Dirty Bastard molesting her *twice*, but didn't tell her mom. Huh?!

Does anyone know who'll be replacing Mark Cohen as head of the Homicide division at the State's Attorney's Office? From what little I know about that place my best guess would be Donald Giblin, but that's pure speculation on my part. Hopefully Jessamy won't pick some affirmative action fuck-up instead of a qualified prosecutor.

Interesting/disgusting case from Maryland that's going to the Supreme Court. The fact that the Court of Appeals threw out this scumbag's conviction for such a ridiculous reason shows how criminal-friendly and out of touch with reality our state's highest court is.

Scumbag in PG County get shot by a cop and then files suit against the police department. The shitbird was initially awarded 2.4 million dollars, but that verdict was later tossed out and a second jury determined that the officer did nothing wrong. I'm glad that PG County fought this BS instead of just reaching a settlement. Looks like Pooky won't be getting his payday after all.
