Ban lifted

The city has lifted a ban that prevented homeless people with minor convictions from applying for housing vouchers

Oh goody, maybe they can raise property taxes some more so that we can pay for housing for even MORE deadbeats.

That's the plan. Make everyone EQUAL. You do that by finding the lowest common denominator.

I can see the "For Sale"sings going up in Baltimore every year.I fear that Baltimore will lose so much population that they won't be able to house the poor.The doo-gooder will be to move more poor out in the county,so that we in places like Anne Arundel County,Baltimore County and others will have to subsideze them.

Given the difficulty in getting a job without an address, if this program is done properly there is a possibility that ppatin's tax burden will be lowered.

If you actually believe that more handouts will result in lower taxes then I've got a bridge in Brooklyn I'd like to sell you.

My hourly wage went from $7.65 to $14.00 at one point because of various government hand outs.
