Jailed doctors

Two doctors jailed for leading a protest against insurance company talk about doing hard time in CB. Meanwhile, will the city finally cap parking ticket penalites????

Seems like there's some sloppy writing in the article about the two doctors. In the first paragraph they say that Naumberg is a pediatrician, but in the second paragraph they mention him delivering babies, which is not something that pediatricians due.

My friend went to register a vehicle he bought a few months ago. The MVA told him he owed $19K in Baltimore City parking fies. The MVA was able to zero out his debt. My friend hadn't owned a car in 10 years.
