Carlos Williams, a 50-year-old man on his way to work, shot and killed during robbery attempt at 6 this morning.

Carlos worked to make a difference in the East Midway Barclay Community. He worked to provide transitional housing and other resources for men recovering from addictions and transitioning back into the community from prison. He was always available to help with community projects. He will be missed.
