Deputy Major

SRB transition teams called the BPD "top heavy" and recommends eliminating the rank of deputy major, an at will position created by PC Clark and O'Malley to eliminate those pesky civil service captains.

This city is awash with enthusiastic nonprofits. The reason the nonprofits are so enthusiastic is because they don't have to pay taxes which is why 33% of all property is now owned by nonprofits. I should really check to see how hard it is to achieve 501C3 status. I think I gave some money to a homeless guy a few months ago. Does that count?
