Isn't this interesting? The Baltimore City and Press, a beautifully designed web site of Baltimore news.. developed in Canada!

My guess is that they are new and willing to take a loss to get readers until they eventually add advertising, especially since the creation of a site like theirs requires little overhead (a web server and some basic programming skills).; Wed Mar 03, 03:24:00 PM EST
