Oh, you just know I'm not very happy with this article on the inadequacy of our criminal justice regime in Baltimore City.

What it basically says is that known hoodlums walking around with a technically inoperable gun are not much of a problem, according to state law

I don't know about you, but when they pull that gun on me, I'm going to react just as if it were fully operational. (but for a pin, I don't care!)

The basic problem here is that known hoodlums are given ten second chances.

The fact is, most of these guys are known criminals before the age of consent. We should probably start the clock running on their 'second chances' before the age of 18.

The greater Waverly area is absolutely teeming with idiots like these.

One has very little confidence when they can so very easily outwit the criminal justice so-called professionals.

It's the same hoodlums walking the same old streets, just with a new set of tactics, to reflect the current law, policing, or SA charging behaviors.

How about a general curfew for people with more than a certain threshhold of criminality in their histories?
