Two inmates were stabbed at the House of Correction in Jessup.
Alleged deliveryman Brandon Clark died after being shot at the home of off-duty P.G. police officer Keith Washington.
The bodies of Rachel Smith and Rachel Crites were found in Loudon County, VA.

So, the Reservoir Hill neighborhood has accomplished what the federal government couldn't with its Eighteenth Amendment.
You can't legislate temperance.. but if you shoot up the package store, you get pretty much what you were after: people stay the hell outta there, including reporters.
those two girls found dead in VA aren't really crime news. from what i understand the current theory is that they had a suicide pact because they were secret lesbian lovers whose families didn't approve of their lifestyle or something. i mean, i guess suicide is technically illegal.
