None of those crime were in the Northeastern District.
Most happened in the Eastern District.
The crime on Wolfe Street was in the unit block, North, that is the block just above Baltimore Street, in what some folks call "Butcher's Hill"--though I don't think it is officially.
A lot of staff and students from Hopkins Medicine live in the area.
South of Orleans Street is officially the Southeastern District.
Thanks Buz. to me anything north of Baltimore St. and east of Charles is NE.
I can't be the only one that has a hunch that someone in HoCo is going to try to solve some crime problems in typical HoCo style..... revoke all the trailer park licenses.
Elkridge could probably use some big box retailers next door to the happy ending massage parlors.
