A lot of creeps out there, gals...
Hurrah for the clerk at the County courthouse who thought there was something fishy about one Boaz Immanuel Mohammed Pleasant-Bey and Googled him ... he turned out to be wanted for the rape of a seven-year-old girl.

Police chase up in Towson, around 10:30 some came flying up E. Joppa Rd with four County cruisers in pursuit. They all turned on Goucher heading south, presumably towards the city. A couple of minutes later a helo showed up, and the wife and I have been watching it fly around the Loch Raven area for fifteen minutes or so.
Hoodlum, I partially agree. While the parents may have failed, they still don't deserve what happens to the daughter, because in the long run, it will be the miseducated and untrained child who suffers.
