That's why you need foot patrols.
"To get respect, you have to earn respect" What a joke. The police earned my respect when they chose to enter the acadamy. Criminals seem to get too much respect in this city.
Noticed that Baltimore does not have a crime wiki, which is surprising considering our statistics. I nominate MJB to captain that endeavour. There needs to be more documentation on the web of this cess pool. Example:
