I say Shitty kills someone else within 6 months. Now he feels empowered and invincible. The list on the right hand side will just lengthen as it usually does.
I'm the kind of person that thinks your name says a great deal about you. His name is Shitty, I expect he's going somewhere. Either to prison or 6 feet under, it's going to be one of the 2.
Wouldn't it just be better if people didn't offend? If all one does is build prisons and nothing else, eventually you either become a prison builder or an occupant. It's a self-perpetuating occupation.
Now in other troubling news today, I found this paper on my front door this morning:
Neighbors: There is simply no truth to the whatsoever to the rumor that the Locust Point Civic Association is contemplating the city change the name of the neighborhood. It is unfortunate that such a rumor was started and it is troubling that one or more individuals felt compelled to spread falsehoods about the Civic Association.

He may very well get offed as well. "Street justice" doesn't do jury nullification.

Here's a good Baltimore story:
These two add a new behavioral meaning to the word 'identical'.
Baltimore should possibly just incarcerate entire families, given their clanish conduct.
I draw your attention to the protests by the Algebra Project, et al. over “new buildings that lock up young people.”
My question is:
Yes, but how many of those 'young people' are guilty of what they were locked up for ???
You will find that Baltimore City has a colossal juvie caseload and that very, very few are adjudicated not guilty.
So, yeah,... jail 'em until they stop offending.
